Jessica Welch, trainer for Redmont Farm has been working with horses for over twenty years. As a junior rider, Jessica competed and groomed at major midwest horse shows. During college she was fortunate to work for Dr. Egon Kamarsy in Illinois, training and showing his young Hungarian Warmbloods. Moving to the Shenandoah Valley allowed Jessica time to concentrate on working with foals and starting young horses and ponies.  In addition to working with horses, teaching children and adults to ride has become one of the most rewarding aspects of the business.  With twenty years of experience as an instructor, Jessica has been able to take students with no experience in the saddle to winning ribbons in horse shows.  Jessica was taught to ride and train by many accomplished horseman as well as the many horses and ponies she has worked with.
